Exceptional staff who went out of their way to make it feel like home. Comfortable beds and a nice little terrace in a quiet spot a short drive away from the Rila hike. A wonderful place to enjoy the mountains run by lovely people! Good spread on the breakfast and the value for money of the entire stay was excellent. Would easily stay again!

The location is perfect: on the road to the seven lakes, but also not far from the center of Sapareva Banya (we took a car but you can walk to the center). The owner and his son are the nicest people. When we asked for a baby bed they helped us immediately. A lot of value for the little money you pay. The rooms aren't super big, but who needs that in such a pretty environment.

The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. They have a good size, we had one with double bed and a wonderful balcony where we could drink our morning coffee and enjoy the view at the Rila mountains. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the other 2 rooms. Nevertheless they are spotless clean, the host lives downstairs and makes sure everything is in perfect order. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived she waited for us with homemade dish - filled peppers. She also gave us coffee capsules for the little nespresso machine in the kitchen. If we needed anything, she was glad to help. We can definitely recommend this property 👌

The hosts were so friendly. We really felt at home at Guest House Simona. The garden is fantastic and we enjoyed cooking in the outside BBQ area. We also enjoyed watching the birds in the nests in the window.
