House was clean, it’s big and very comfy. The host was super friendly. I traveled with my baby and they provide a baby crib and chair. You can ask the host to cook for you or make a cake and she is happy to do so and it’s LOVELY. ( it’s just a small amount you have to pay ) Best cake i ever eat. There are shops on walking distance like a pharmacy, grocery store, nail salon ect and for the kids there is a playground.

The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. They have a good size, we had one with double bed and a wonderful balcony where we could drink our morning coffee and enjoy the view at the Rila mountains. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the other 2 rooms. Nevertheless they are spotless clean, the host lives downstairs and makes sure everything is in perfect order. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived she waited for us with homemade dish - filled peppers. She also gave us coffee capsules for the little nespresso machine in the kitchen. If we needed anything, she was glad to help. We can definitely recommend this property 👌

The hosts were so friendly. We really felt at home at Guest House Simona. The garden is fantastic and we enjoyed cooking in the outside BBQ area. We also enjoyed watching the birds in the nests in the window.

It’s small, but enough for the size of the hotel (the pool is small, you cannot swim in it, it is more like a large jacuzzi). Breakfast was good, with enough options. The cheapest rooms are big enough for two. Location is good, as well as the view, especially from the pool. We were here in January, it’s beautiful when it’s snowing. The 7 lakes cable car and ski slope is only a short (15 min) ride away. We liked the game room (although two out of four games were not available at the time).

The location of the hotel is very convenient to do the 7 lakes hike, and we particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sauna afterward. Breakfast was huge and good. The restaurant has a small menu but it was good and cheap. If we were in the area again, we would certainly come back!

It was worth it, once you are there you are in the most peaceful clearing in the woods. Boris was a great host, even though there was a language barrier he made sure we were comfortable and fed. Bonus was having a friendly dog and cat at the hut too!
