Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Whistlewood Guesthouse Walmer, Port Eizabeth provides accommodation with an infinity pool and free WiFi. We appreciated very much the welcoming and friendliness of our host. We immediately felt home! It is a charming house with more amenities than you would expect. The house is perfectly maintained and decorated with taste. The swimming pool and the garden are ideal for relaxing. The location is in a safe district, 5 min away from the airport. There is a very good restaurant located just aside to the street.

RElaxed city living, a property with a garden and barbecue facilities, is situated in Port Elizabeth, 1.2 km from Little Walmer Golf Club, 2.5 km from Walmer Country Club, as well as 5.9 km from Port... lovely place. It was clean, perfectly located. We had no trouble whatsoever.

Hacklewood Hill is a Victorian manor house in Port Elizabeth with individually decorated rooms and a large garden. The staff were very friendly, available and provided top quality service. The bed was comfortable and the room large.

Located in Walmer, the 4-star Forest Hall offers elegantly decorated self-catering rooms with patios overlooking the garden. Just 10 km from the beach, it features an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi. Perfect location; neat and clean area, close to airport and also close to a shopping complex having good eateries, and away from the crowded boardwalk area. Spacious clean rooms. Good tennis court. Absolutely perfect hosts who went out of way to make us comfortable, give packed breakfast in the wee hours and got us a cab too. Highly recommended, we would indeed be staying here only, when we visit next.

Treetops is a family-run guest house, less than 1 km from Port Elizabeth Airport. It offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi access, set within peaceful gardens. Location was perfect for us ( 3 min from the PE airport), Large, clean room, two beds, good brochure with recommendations where to eat (sushi were perfect!), and what to see.

Downstairs @38 is situated in the Walmer district of Port Elizabeth, 3.2 km from Walmer Country Club, 4.4 km from Port Elizabeth Golf Club and 6.7 km from Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. Downstairs@38 is perfect for couples or a single person. Has a fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, Tv etc. Lovely big shower. Very comfortable super kingsize bed. Location is central with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach very close. Also has secure parking and even though you are stay on the hosts property you are completely separate with your own entrance.

Boasting a patio with garden views, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Taunton can be found in Port Elizabeth, close to Little Walmer Golf Club and 2.6 km from Walmer Country Club. We had a wonderful stay at Taunton Cottage & Mews. We slept so good in the large bed. Quite neighbourhood with locked garage for the car. And then there was Roy who welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. The attention to detail in the appartement and his warm personality are unreal. Thank you so much for the wonderful stories, you showed us what the real South-Africa is all about. If you are looking for a stay, don’t hesitate, this is the place where you need to be. 1000% recommend! 😊
