Each of the staff members were friendly, supportive, committed. The room was wonderful. The evening in the Willaston Bar was great. The hotel is very special.

Built in the 1800’s as a private residence for the harbour master, this beautifully restored building, situated in the V&A Waterfront, is home to one of Cape Town’s most exclusive boutique hotels. The Dock House is possibly one of the nicest hotels in which we have stayed. The accommodation is palatial. We stayed in Superior Luxury Rooms (3). All had their own personality but equally splendid. The upstairs suites have amazing balconies with panoramic views of the waterfront. It is located across the road from the busy Waterfront Area of Capetown so is handy for restaurants and sightseeing, boat trips etc. The food was excellent we ate at the pool, and in the dining room of the sister hotel the Queen Victoria which is a more modern building but equally beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend it for family trips or couples alike.

During the waiting for the check in I was offered Jin & Tonik- a great start! The room was clean, well furnished. We chose a family room and got a large double bed and a bank bed wich my kids loved. Every bed has it's own TV! The shower is big and clean. Breakfast is excellent.

Located right in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, this 4-star hotel offers a sun terrace with a bar. Free WiFi and parking are provided. V&A waterfront is on the waterfront very central the place to be. Very secure. The team is very friendly, room are super clean. The bed is very comfortable and big. We loved the half see view and half place view were there is animation during the day. Wi fi is good. Food is good. Breakfast l’ the terrasse is great. Great view on the table Mountain !!

Obiekt The Manor House at the Queen Victoria Hotel by NEWMARK, usytuowany w miejscowości Kapsztad, oferuje centrum fitness, bezpłatny prywatny parking, ogród oraz bar. All the staff were so very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. Nothing was too much bother. The Manor House is just lovely and we will certainly be back. We have travelled to many countries but I can say hand on heart that we’ve never had such a wonderful welcome as this.
