The staff are amazing and everyone was so nice! I especially loved Lllewelyn and Tariq who were super helpful.. They had a way of just making everything happen. Very helpful. The facilities are first class...out of this world. It was amazing. I was actually sad when my stay ended.

The Dock House is possibly one of the nicest hotels in which we have stayed. The accommodation is palatial. We stayed in Superior Luxury Rooms (3). All had their own personality but equally splendid. The upstairs suites have amazing balconies with panoramic views of the waterfront. It is located across the road from the busy Waterfront Area of Capetown so is handy for restaurants and sightseeing, boat trips etc. The food was excellent we ate at the pool, and in the dining room of the sister hotel the Queen Victoria which is a more modern building but equally beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend it for family trips or couples alike.

El The Manor House at the Queen Victoria Hotel se encuentra en Ciudad del Cabo, a 2,3 km de la playa de Rocklands, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado gratuito, centro de... All the staff were so very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. Nothing was too much bother. The Manor House is just lovely and we will certainly be back. We have travelled to many countries but I can say hand on heart that we’ve never had such a wonderful welcome as this.

The staff were extremely friendly especially the man that cooked the eggs and has been there for 27 years. The food at breakfast was amazing. As it was our Silver Wdding Anniversary they spoilt us with beautiful rose petals and wine and chocolates in our room and a lovely cake at breakfast on our anniversary morning. We stayed here 25 years ago when we got married and loved it then and so wanted to go back for our anniversary. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and we LOVED it
