Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. Really liked the service Brian was super helpful during my stay and even after, arranging a taxi for me in Ha Long Bay. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Hanoi.

I've been to quite a bit of hostels but this must be the most well run I've been so far. Everything works super well and customer service is exceptional for a hostel. Very comfy beds and well mainteined facilities!

Sipping on a cup of aromatic Vietnamese coffee while perched on the petite chairs, watching the mesmerizing traffic weave its chaotic dance, is an unforgettable experience that perfectly encapsulates the essence of Hanoi's Old Quarter. However, what truly elevated our stay to a remarkable level was the exceptional staff. Their warmth, friendliness, and eagerness to assist knew no bounds. They effortlessly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Quick checking clear explanations of all about the hotel and about how to move around the Hanoi and possible excursions. Only to help not to pressure to sale you anything. Always helping to anything. Last day we had and early taxi ti the airport and they had a breakfast bos ready for us. Location excellent near everywhere. They make us an upgrade a nice detail. The rooftop terrace bar excellent on the night for a fresh air a good drink and music.

Nagtatampok ang Flora Centre Hotel & Spa ng restaurant, bar, at shared lounge. Matatagpuan ito sa gitna ng Hanoi, 400 m ang layo mula sa Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. Very comfortable stay, in a very spacious room, location is super good and staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend, absolutely 10/10 :)
