This hotel was lovely the room was very nice it was the perfect size for our stay and the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful with suggestions of cafes and restaurants. If your visiting hanoi I suggest getting the grab app for transportation as it’s very cheap we also found a lovely cafe called LIFTED which has really good coffee and breakfast. Overall we loved our stay here at the hotel and would definitely come back and have already referred all our over travelling friends, Thank you.

The apartment had its own little kitchen ,a great bathroom and a washer and dryer an absolute treat for travellers 😊

FTE Ba Dinh Hotel features a fitness centre, a garden and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Hanoi. I stayed at this hotel on my first ever (and I hope not the last) visit to Vietnam and I guess that staying there was the significant reason why I fell in love with this beautiful country. The room and facilities were of the top level, but the real atmosphere is being created by people. And the personnel of this hotel were above all praises: I felt like a princess because all my requirements were fulfilled in a blink of an eye, whether it was a socket adaptor for my laptop, or an iron, or an assistance with TV tune-up. The food was delicious, the assortment was impressive, so I was puzzled how to combine all the delicacies on my plate, so I wouldn't feel guilty for breaking my diet haha. The hotel personnel and management succeed in creating and maintaining the feeling of your significance as a guest to them, and you see it in small details (which matter the most): they made a birthday compliment to my family member who stayed with me, and small mementos on our check out. They were really very sweet and sympathetic. I definitely am going to stay at this hotel next time I visit Hanoi.

Located in Hanoi, 1.9 km from One Pillar Pagoda, The Five Residences Hanoi provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We had trouble communicating with taxi drivers outside of the accomodation and found ourselves lost at one stage however once we returned to the hotel, Duy Anh (Jun) went out of his way to ensure the rest of our trip would run smoothly. He organised a tour guide that was able to speak English and took us on a beautiful trip to Ninh Binh. In addition to this Duy Anh, always made sure to check in with us and provide any assistance regardless of where we were. If not for him, we would not have had such a beautiful experience. Thank you Duy Anh for all your help. Hopefully we'll meet again in the near future.
