Beautiful clean spacious hotel. Pretty grounds and pool. Charming helpful owner, Pablo, who speaks good English, and his lovely staff. Superb breakfast with excellent homemade bread and cakes. Fabulous soft bedding. Superbly comfortable room.

Hostal De La Barra is situated in the La Barra area of Punta del Este, only 250 metres from Montoya Beach. It provides accommodation with private balcony and ocean views. The hotel had an amazing view of the water and the location was excellent. It was a very good value and we would definitely stay there again if we go back to Punta del Este.
