Brothers Jordan and Joseph were very helpful friendly and efficient. The guy who checked us in and out was also exceptionally helpful. The room was a delux room and spacious. The cleaning staff excellent and very pleasant to deal with as the fridge needed attention when we arrived. This was done quickly and we were able to check in and leave our bags early. Our check out time was facilitated and we were given help with translating our flight bookings and the hotel booked our taxi ensuring we got to the airport in good time. The restaurant is very nice and the food and wine good. It was very friendly and good value. We are glad we booked The Smart Hotel.

Boasting an indoor swimming pool, this hotel offers a rooftop terrace with views of Montevideo just a 20-minute walk from Pocitos Beach. Massage sessions can be booked. The breakfast was great. The rooms were fantastic - one of the most comfortable beds ever. Lovely swimming pool. Fantastic staff.

Located on the heart of the city, facing Independencia Square, Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza offers stunning views of Harbor Bay. Comfortable beds and large room (we had a suite) with fantastic views of the city. The hotel is dated and needs refurbishing. Excellent location with easy access to all places of interest in the old town. Wide selection at breakfast, however, be prepared for processed foods. Gym also has most/all equipment for training. Overall, functional and comfortable.
