The staff were absolutely fantastic! I was travelling alone, but I felt like the team took me under their wing and made me feel really at home. Everyone on duty during my stay was AMAZING - I spent a lot of time talking to Emily and Emilio and they were just so wonderful. Give them all a raise!

Our room was large, 2 bedrooms, 3 large screen TVs, with a kitchen, laundry machines and balcony plus great facilities with 2 outdoor pools, climbing wall, fitness center and free underground parking below the building during our stay. Location was okay, not exactly near the city center, was across the new Seattle Times Building, within a 15 minutes walk to Pike Place, the Westlake city center and to the Seattle Space Needle, but public transportation was close by. There were also many restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel.
