We came to NYC for an anniversary trip and could not have chosen a better hotel. Super clean, comfy beds and pillows. Our room had a coffee maker, we requested a tea kettle and they immediately obliged. The location was unbeatable, you're right on the fifth avenue and literally a 10 min walk to all main attractions (MOMA, Times Square, Broadway, Summit One etc.). Subway station is really close too They don't serve breakfast but have so many cute little bakeries and cafes around that you would really want to try those anyway. Elevators are quite fast. The service was wonderful and staff is absolutely fantastic, always helpful, friendly and greeting you with a smile. We loved every minute of out stay. Thank you for making our trip so special.

The overall ambiance and the look of the building exterior / interior is very aesthetically appealing. You really get the new york manhattan experience. but what made us really happy about our stay was the staff, and how warm they were. they were able to quickly address our needs. with no hesitation and etc, they were very fast and very accommodating to all our requests. and i believe that was the best part of our stay besides the good location, the cleanliness of the room, and the completeness of the facilities. keep it up.

Offering a restaurant and a fitness centre, Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York is located 1.3 km from Times Square in New York. Free WiFi access is available. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and I slept very soundly. The view from the 9th floor allowed natural light in and was of the back of buidings in a way that still made me feel like I was in NYC! The staff were super-helpful and respectful. The entrance was in a location that allowed even a single traveller female who is unfamiliar with NYC to feel safe.

Excellent location, close to so many attractions, a short stroll to Rockefeller Centre/ Times Square and Central Park. Lovely clean rooms with balcony area to enjoy the vibe of the city. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond expectations.
