All the staff were so friendly, always smiling and willing to help you. The hotel is beautiful and they have a shuttle service that can take you to the mall and the beach lending you umbrellas and beach chairs. The breakfast was really good. we are really willing to repeat the experience.

It was clear that the staff were making the best of the transition period after the hurricane, which contributed positively to our experience. The Ritz, with its reputation for excellence, delivered a largely satisfying stay, and its physical services lived up to our high expectations.
