It is very comfortable and warm. A great experience.

Guest rooms at the Sleep Inn Miami Airport are furnished with a coffee maker. Additional amenities include ironing facilities and a radio. I appreciate the manager who found and SOLVED a booking problem. He took the time to make phone calls, consulted with staff, and made adjustments to correct an issue with the reservation. Additionally the manager permitted a later checkout to make up for my time lost as a result of the booking issue. The manager's problem solving skills resolved a potential complaint. Thank you for being a manager AND MANAGING. For this reason, I recommend this hotel under this management.
