The valet drivers who worked the night before Thanksgiving and the morning of Thanksgiving were the sweetest people I have ever met. They had warm personalities and high professionalism. I lost the little cards with their names, but hopefully, someone looks at the schedule and gives them the recognition that they deserve. Keep up the good work. The front desk employees were extremely helpful and delightful to talk to.

The hotel is well located in downtown and allows easy access to everywhere. The staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was delicious as well. Parking was available just next to the hotel and it was really convenient.
