Bill on front desk was absolutely amazing. Such a gent and a credit to the hotel. Nothing a hassle and made sure everything was how it should be. Give that man a raise for outstanding customer service.

Excellent location. Great staff at reception as well as the bar. On the inner harbour with lovely views. We did stay at the four seasons next door as well during our extended stay and I would rate Marriott as better value for money.

The location was good. The rooms were nice and clean the bathroom was very spacious. Just note valet parking charges $35 I believe and can get back up due to very busy street where the hotel is located but their system is good.

Very big suite with all commodities on a high floor. I had a great view of the harbor and the city. The hotel is close to the harbor and in little Italy, great location to walk by the sea / canal in the morning. Breakfast is included at the hotel which I did not remember at the time so it was a great surprise to be treated to food. It was basic but it did the job.
