Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. A special thanks to Susan and the team at reception who took the time to help me find some edible souvenirs in Beitou on my final day.

To end our trip to Taiwan, we wanted to come and enjoy the Beitou hot springs. While searching for accommodation offers we discovered the Grand Pleasure Spring hotel at an extremely competitive price. As the reviews were good we decided to book. In the end, we are extremely happy to have made this choice. Everything is perfect ! The location is close to all Beitou attractions, the rooms are super comfortable and very clean. The private hot bath is completely amazing and so comfortable after a long day of traveling. And the staff, especially the receptionist, are lovely, polite and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend our friends to come here when they come to Beitou.

Waterhouse ligger bekvemt i bydelen Beitou i Taipei, 500 meter fra Beitou Hot Spring, 8 km fra Zhishan Cultural and Ecological Garden og 9 km fra Shilin Night Market. I loved this place. Stylish, Japanese feel to the room meshed with clean-lined modernism. The spa was very enjoyable and the water makes you feel amazing. This is very much a couple’s place though, as the room has zero privacy of any kind- glass walls to the private spa and bathing area. So if you’re traveling with someone, make sure you’re “friendly.” I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Beautiful hotel with Japanese style rooms which included a separate seating area to enjoy tea and snacks, and in room onsen that you can fill directly from the hot springs. Our room was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. We also took advantage of the public hot spring baths located on the lowest level of the hotel which are Japanese style (meaning, no swimsuits and women and men's baths separated). There is also a swimming pool and children's play area with different activities, such as VR headsets. We enjoyed the selection at the breakfast buffet and took advantage of the shuttle bus that went to downtown Beitou. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Friendly staffs going thru the extra mile (they packed our breakfasts when we left for the airport at 6am even tho we had only put in the request at 9pm the night before)
