Concierge and front of house people were an excellent resource in helping me find my way around. It was really helpful that everyone spoke English as I did not speak Chinese. Nothing was a problem and they went about looking after me in a calm and efficient manner. rooms were spacious and bathroom luxurious. It was comfort plus plus. I had the swimming pool all to myself. It was refreshing and just what I needed after the heat of the day!
