The Hotel was a great experience. The rooms were top class and nothing less than a five star. The staff was extremely courteous and responsive. The service was top class. Location was perfect as it's located very close to the BTS station and close to some of the big malls in Bangkok like the MBK Mall. there are 2 711s close by, just 5 min walk. We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel.

Featured in the Michelin guide 2021 in the 'Top Class Comfort – Business : Grand Luxury' category, The Okura Prestige Bangkok Plus Certified offers stylish rooms with free WiFi and breathtaking views... 위치가 정말 최고. 방도 침대도 최상의 컨디션이었고 룸피니공원이 보이는 객실전망은 정말 방콕에서 본 그 어떤 호텔들의 전망 그이상이었습니다. 욕조도 190cm인 신랑이 사용하기에도 넉넉한 크기였고 드라이기도 성능이 좋아서 제품명을 찾아볼 정도였어요 (찬바람옵션이 없다는 걸 인지하고는 검색을 스톱했지만요 ㅎㅎ). 스탭들 친절도도 저는 딱 좋았고 고급 5성급 호텔이 맞구나 싶었습니다. 정말 조용한 호텔이라 아이들있는 가족단위로 방문하기에는 부담될 수 있을 것 같았으나 아기하나정도는 모두가 웃어주는 분위기의 우아한 호텔이라고 느꼈어요.

The spa area was a haven of relaxation, offering a range of indulgent treatments in a serene atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed unwinding in the spa after a day of exploring the bustling city. Especially a great thanks to Dew. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, especially Diana. Her dedication to customer service was evident from the moment we checked in. She took the time to provide us with valuable tips for exploring the city, which made our sightseeing adventures much smoother and more enjoyable. Diana's warm hospitality and genuine care for guests truly set the Park Hyatt Bangkok apart. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished to the highest standards of quality and comfort. We enjoyed peaceful nights of restful sleep in the plush bedding, and waking up to the breathtaking views of the city skyline. Additionally, the dining experience at the hotel surpassed our expectations. Wonderful place to stay. The provided welcoming snacks and fruites. The explained also to me the atractions around the area. I strongly recommand staying in this place.

Evening Hors D’oeuvres at the Club Lounge is good and varied selection of food and cocktails. 2). Excellent, truly absolutely the best breakfast in all of Bangkok at the Rain Tree Café. We stayed in this hotel in 2019 and now in 2023 and the breakfast is as gorgeous as it was! Large selection of freshly squeezed juices for every taste. A huge selection of cuisines: Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and European with a very wide range of culinary! 3). The ATHENEE Hotel has fragrances installed throughout the hotel and on the Club floors and there is always a pleasant aroma. 4). Very comfortable beds and linens. 5). The whole hotel is clean and shiny, all common areas are cleaned regularly and promptly. Also very good cleaning of the rooms, everything is updated on time. 6). The staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. 7). Very good Internet connection, no problem in all areas of the Hotel.
