The hotel is tastefully furnished, modern but rustical way, incorporating the region's traditions. It is by far one of the nicest places I stayed in - this is my home region so I know the offer around fairly well. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast is served a la carte in this super beautiful dining space with an astonishing view of the mountains. Food was tasty, portions rather on the small side, which I think is great because you can order more anyways and nothing surely goes to waste. Sustainability, cosiness and professionalism are very present in this hotel!

The location is beautiful, very quiet with a beautiful view right next to Korita Mostnice to but still close enough to stores. The accomodation was very comfy, clean, everything was working well, kitchen well-equiped. The owner is very kind, careful and knows the mountains very well which helped us a lot when deciding where to hike with a dog.

Fantastic hosts to start with. when I got to the apartment it was better than I expected, that’s always great. Plenty of cookware, sharp knives, dishes, etc. They even got a Moka coffee maker because I asked if there was one at the apartment. Very enjoyable stay.

Featuring a restaurant, Hiša Planšar Bohinj accommodationss is located in the centre of Stara Fužina, 1.2 km from Bohinjsko Jezero. It provides accommodation with free Wi-Fi. We loved this place! It was perfectly located - not right in the most touristy part but within walking distance of the lake and the hiking trails. Our host was wonderful and even gave us a little welcome beverage, always a nice touch! It was also the easiest to find of all our accommodations in the country so far with easy parking. A cute balcony made it absolutely perfect for relaxing after dinner and playing cards while listening to the music coming from the town square. The restaurant across the street was great for dinner and the staff are friendly and hilarious - get ready to joke around and have fun. The lake is an absolute gem, our favorite swimming so far in Croatia and Slovenia.
