Michael from breakfast, Michael from the reception & julia at the check in was so nice! The concierge was also very patient and helpful. The cleaning in the room's, elevator, breakfast area and overall is very high quality! Breakfast had so many options & was full all the time! Refreshing buffet all the time! Elevator info is amazing, Dog's drinking corner is so sweetttt! ♡♡♡ Its 10, if i could i would upgrade to 100% review. Perfect!!!!!

The Westin Warsaw is located in the centre of Warsaw, 5 minutes’ walking distance from the Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw Central Railway Station and the Złote Tarasy shopping centre. very nice room clean and cozy . good breakfast . BUT some reception woman ruined my day. she has brown-haired white skin and speaks Russian she talk to me like ..me -servant and on the last day of my stay ,I asked a call taxi...when car arrived ,I did'n know about it this girl said in a loud voice THE CAR HAS ARRIVED I got the impression that either I'm stupid or the girl is incorrect( sooo...its happen at March I wanted to forget but next time when I back to your nice hotel at June other girl also a Russian-speaking brown-haired woman rolled her eyes up when I asked elementary about breakfast. I think that you lovely girls it's time to take refresher courses again
