A great hotel with amazing staff and facilities. On check in you are welcomed with a delicious warm cookie. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had facilities to make a cup of tea. The breakfast offered a huge variety and was of a high standard, as was all of the food and the prices were fair. Conference facilities were vast and supported by an on site team. WiFi was good quality and included in the price. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Hampton by Hilton Krakow is located near the Krakow Expo Trade Fair. Krakow’s Old Town is 3,5 km away or a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel. Kraków Tauron Arena is located 1.3 km from the property. We spend beautiful time with our friends. All hotel looks very well. Rooms was comfortable. Also breakfast was delicious. I think we will come again there.

Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Cracow is located in a walking distance from the center of Kraków, 900 metres away from the Kraków Główny Railway Station. Incredible service. Everyone was friendly, helpful with requests and very professional. Bar service (located steps from the check-in counter) was exceptionally friendly and made excellent cocktails for very fair prices. Also stayed open reasonably late. Location was perfect. Just 5 minutes' walk to the main tram hub, which connected directly to main bus and train stations, and historical "old town" center and parks. Also accessible without tram by 30 minutes' walk. Even late at night after a show, I was able to take a tram from all the way on the other side of the town right back to the hotel. Wow. Room very small, but perfect in every important way. Absolutely new and clean. Everything comfortable, high quality, and convenient. Perfect water pressure and temperature without hassle. Window seals high quality to block out sound, but openable for fresh air. Morning cleaning staff were respectful and allowed me to sleep in late. Breakfast expensive, extremely high quality, huge variety, and beautiful and comfortable dining area including outside access. Staff on hand in breakfast area at all times for additional assistance. Really exceptional. Look forward to staying with them again.

Das familiengeführte 3-Sterne-Hotel Batory liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Krakauer Altstadt entfernt. Freuen Sie sich auf Zimmer mit Sat-TV und kostenfreiem WLAN. sehr gute Lage (nur wenig ausserhalb der Altstadt, dafür sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und mit einem kleinen Fussmarsch ist man auch gleich in der Altstadt von Krakau. Frühstück war sehr gut (warm und kalt) in einem angenehm grossen Raum im Untergeschoss des Hotels, sehr angenehmes, äusserst engagiertes, freundliches Personal! Die Parkplätze sind unmittelbar neben dem Hotel und sind meist mit einer Barriere geschützt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, ruhig und auch das Bad entsprach unseren Erwartungen.
