Featuring inner courtyard views, East Rock offers accommodation with a tennis court and a patio, around 8.7 km from Queenstown Event Centre. It's a lovely annex next to the owners house. It is really clean and cosy, with a comfortable bed and there is even heated floor in the bathroom! There is a microwave, toaster and kattle in the room, but you can also use the washing machine and dryer that is next to the annex. Free private parking. The owners are really nice and they also provided the time schedule for the water taxi that leaves from bay view (3min drive from the room) to the center of queenstown, so you don't need to drive or park there. We strongly recommend!

Lanah Residence features a hot spring bath and a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Queenstown, 1.8 km from Queenstown Event Centre. The most gracious of hosts who have hospitality down to an art. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The location is fantastic and the views from our room were breath taking. The attention to every detail from the quality of the fixtures and fittings to the standard of breakfast are exceptional.
