Located just a 3-minute walk from Pavilion Shopping Mall, Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur offers accommodations within the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s almost in a city center. Nearly just in 5 min walk you can find mall. The hotel is nice decorated, the hotel’s room amazing. Comfortable bed, big space for wardrobe but the star for all of this thing is the bath which is has a panoramic views on the city and Petronas Twin Tower. About food this depends on you as everyone has a different taste. As for me it was tasty but not very good. I was ordered fish and chips. At the top you can find bar and restaurant with good quality drinks. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I can write a lot of positive reviews but it’s better to try it. If we come back to Kuala Lumpur again definitely we will stay in this hotel.

I liked everything! The incredible view, the staff is very helpful and polite, the room was top rated, I had a kettle, tea / coffee, all the toiletries! There was enough space for everything and the bathroom is modern and clean. The swimming pool was amazing, no crowds. I was lucky and I never had any queues at the lifts. There were enough of them. Plenty of eating options nearby as well as MRT station. The hotel is one of the best ones that I ever stayed at! Thank you very much!

We loved our stay at Lyf. We read reviews about the TV not having channels therefore we brought our tv stick with us and the staff were so helpful in helping us get it connected to the TV despite that we arrived very late at night. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were able to give us information and recommendations for everything that we needed in our stay and this was invaluable to us as we only stayed for one night. We got a room upgrade for free upon arrival and loved the room. The bed was very comfortable, all utilities were new and clean. The shower and bathroom were fitted with modern fittings and quality products. The concept of the hotel was very retro, with lots to see on the 12th floor which we thought was quite cool. The herb rooftop garden is still under renovation so we were unfortunately unable to see it on this stay however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return upon our next visit to KL.

It was great service, great view of the city from the rooftop, awesome location, clean and tidy, included towels for the pool. The best hotel we’ve been to so far on our trip. They also had a gym, however pretty small.
