Offering suites surrounded by patios, Hotel Boutique Casareyna is set in a charming 17th-century house. Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Puebla, it features a restaurant and art gallery. Staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. The rooms were wide and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I even asked staff about the mattress manufacturer. The bathrooms were big and luxurious. They provide bath robes, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and a sewing kit. The daily chocolate almonds and the coffee/espresso machine in the room were a nice touch. The spa is really good as well as the swimming pool. The restaurant had a great variety of foods and drinks. The waiters were extremely helpful and nice as well, always ready to assist. It was truly an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely come back!

L'Hotel Cartesiano Puebla es troba al centre de Puebla, a 5 km de l'acròpoli de Puebla i a 400 m del centre de convencions de Puebla. This is an incredible hotel and beautiful work of architecture. The interior is breathtaking and cleverly designed. The staff was very accommodating and trained to the highest standard. The food was succulent and the rooms luxurious. There's a valet parking and an incredible rooftop swimming pool that's heated like you would have your bath. What else do you need?

Well located in Puebla, Hotel Nube provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. All the staff, beginning with Enrique, ably assisted by Brenda, were great. Turn left or right when you leave the hotel, walk a couple of blocks and you're in the middle of something that makes Puebla a terrific city to spend more time in than you'd originally planned. There is a lively local bar, an unusual coffee shop/restaurant, a Circle K convenience store, and a bakery steps away. The hotel is modern, the room spacious, the bed large and comfortable, the amenities generous, and it is all kept very clean. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, the water hot; the TV and A/C behave as intended. A good breakfast is served on the roof which provides very good views and is open for other meals. There's a small workout area and a bar up there too, but BYO is ok for guests. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.
