RYSE, Autograph Collection is located in the bustling Hongdae district, 300 metres from Exit 9 of Hongik University Subway Station (Line 2, Airport Railroad and Gyeongui-Jungang Line). Wonderful accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and attentive staff. Close to a train station and lots of shops and places to eat. Also I was travelling for my birthday and they made me a birthday cake! Very thoughtful.

LOTTE City Hotel Mapo is located above five levels of shops and clinics, and offers an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a car park. The location was great near subway and supermarket.

Perfect size room for solo travelling and a great location only a short walk from Hongik University station. Staff were really helpful and friendly and you can even check in and out via machine if you’re super introverted.
