iRoHa Garden Hotel & Resort offers different themed accommodations in Phnom Penh. It features an outdoor swimming pool, tropical garden and spa. Everything was excellent at the hotel. The staff is very attentive, the owner himself comes to greet every guest and ask if everything is satisfactory. The rooms are large and very comfortable, the bed is comfortable too. There is complimentary coffee capsules given daily and water with free refills. The breakfast is great too, lots of options and delicious. The breakfast timings are great (all day breakfast until late in the evening so you're not rushed to wake up to eat while on holidays). The dining at the hotel restaurant also has great options in terms of food and drinks. The property is lovely, its like a little oasis in the middle of a busy city. The area is quiet and secure (behind the Vietnam embassy). The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable, the pool is large enough to enjoy with other guests and theres lots of seating around the pool too. Bonus, the hotel has an adorable cat who is unfortunately difficult to find at times but very sweet. The hotel might be a bit far from the palace and pagoda (15min tuktuke ride), however it is 20-minute walk to S-21 prison and very close to the russian market. It is also closer in distance to the killing fields compared to if you leave from the city centre. There are also lots of great restaurants and bars in the area which are all at walking distance too. Overall would highly recommend staying here for your trip to the capital. When we come back to Phnom Penh we will definitely be staying here again.

Located 1640 feet from the city center, Rambutan Resort offers accommodations in Phnom Penh. It features an outdoor salt water pool and modern rooms with garden or pool views. Rambutan hotel has amazing service and great food(try their tom yam or curry!). The rooms are clean and spacious, they are very environmentally friendly. I love the reusable bottles and water refill station! Excellent location, close to everything you might need in Phnom Penh!

The location is great. This is such a fun, friendly, and walkable area of the city. There are so many nice cafes and restaurants nearby, the Russian Market, museums, and the people in the area are very welcoming. The hotel was great. Super clean and well set up. A nice treat after a few months of backpacking. The fitness room was a bonus, too! Nice to work out away from the sun.

Clean, spacious room with interesting view. Good AC and comfortable bed. Very kind and helpful Staff. Great breakfast with Asian and continental selection of food. Our best breakfast in Cambodia so far. Also they have very good restaurant with reasonable prices. We rented scooter from the hotel and it was good. Staff close the motorbikes in the garage for the night.
