We picked Keio Plaza’s Premier Grand as the Premier Grand rooms and club lounge were refurbished just a few years ago, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The club lounge was the height of elegance, with a breakfast and tea time of a much higher quality than similar hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms were similarly elegant, fairly luxurious and understated. The basic amenities were immaculate, and it provided a luxurious comfort expected of a 5* hotel club floor room. Would happily return.

The rest were pretty good as well - complimentary Netflix, nice bed, good water pressure during shower, pretty complete set of utensils, kitchenware. Easy and straightforward to check in - for someone who is tech savvy.

Our room was a little small but good for us, with private toilet, a small sink and fridge. We also had a beautiful bathroom to our own use which was located on an other floor. There is also a small kitchen that we could use. Location is good if you want to be in a quiet part of Shinjuku, close to Shinjuku Gyonmae station.

The people running the location are very friendly and did a few things that helped us out a lot.
