This hotel is truly amazing and 5 star. Very luxurious, very modern and spacious rooms equipped with all sort of comfort and facilities which is what you would expect from a 5 stars. The location is literally next to Kyoto train station which was absolutely convenient in addition to many shops around. The breakfast was absolute delicious with great variety (they had a Japanese Resturant for Japanese’s style breakfast and international style). They were very accommodating to our toddler which was very courteous. Highly recommended if you are visiting Kyoto for few days and want a combination of luxury, comfort, location and great breakfast.

The location is ideal, well-connected to transport and metro stations. The convenience of storing luggage for free after checkout added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the accommodation offered complimentary sake and coffee. The free beverages added a delightful touch to an already perfect stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage at the front until I my room was ready. They delivered my luggage once the room was ready. The room was clean and comfortable.
