The size of the room and the quality of all amenities are impressive. Location in proximity to the railway station cannot be better. The onsen is beyond belief!

Location was perfect literally beside the mall, 3 convenience stores after one block. Not so big hotel but the rooms were big compared to other japan hotels. Staff was amazing!

Location, very helpful and friendly staff. I was even able to purchase all day bus/metro passes at the hotel and the front desk person called a taxi for us as well. Our studio was spacious, comfortable and had a large bathroom.

Amazing value for money. The hotel room was comfortable with many amenities available. There is also an onsen in the hotel so it is a good way to relax. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and professional.

Loved the ammenities especially the bathtub on the terrace and the bed. Everything was very confortable. The place was near the kyoto station (15min walk or 7min plus subways) and so near everything you want to do in Kyoto. Great view of Tokyo from the sixth floor. The personnel was nice and very polite.

This hotel offers a very affordable luxury hotel experience. We absolutely loved the tranquil atmosphere, comfortable beds and the lounge with golden details & complimentary coffee. In addition, there was a kitchenette in our room - and the bathroom was actually a private onsen! Free laundry was a warmly welcomed surprise. Even though the hotel is not the most centrally located, we didn’t mind the 15 minute walk to Kioto railway station, so cannot state the location as a minus. Indeed, being located on the slightly southeastern side of Kioto, it allowed an early morning walk to see Fushimi Inari Taisha before the crowds.
