Centrally set in Rome, Hotel Damaso is 150 metres from Piazza Navona and a 2-minute walk from Campo de' Fiori. We loved the interior design of the hotel, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were always kept very clean. The roof terrace with bar is an added bonus, as is as the nice and relaxing breakfast room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. During our stay it was very quiet, even though it was during the peak of summer. The location is also excellent being just across the road from Piazza Navona (2 minutes walk), which is one of the most beautiful spots in Rome.

The hotel (main building) is in an alley which doesn't have passing cars or people so it is quiet at night. There is some live music in the distance during the evening but it ends by 22-23, so it is quiet enough to sleep with the window open. The room is quite spacious and clean. We enjoyed breakfast, which has pastries, cereals, yogurt, cheese, sausage and both vegetable salad and a fruit salad. You can also get coffee or fresh orange juice, and an omelette. The staff is nice and helpful. They packed us a breakfast for the last day, as we had to catch a flight back home.
