Most importantly, the staff are exceptional - Fabio is superbly courteous and professional - nothing is too much trouble and he goes out of his way to help; also gave great recommendations on dinner options for my two-night stay. Martina and others are also great - the service is really sets this hotel aside.

We really enjoyed our stay, clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed, and the breakfast was perfect! Very helpful and knowledgeable staffs. Perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere.

The place was very central, clean & safe. The staff very helpful especially Naomi, she went above and beyond to help us with recommendations, directions to trains etc. Would highly recommend
