First and foremost the staff is very very welcome, gentle and assisting guided us to the Naples right places. The hotel is located in one of the best neighbors of Naples close to port. The room and the hotel in general are very clean. The size of the room was just perfect (Deluxe double room booked), spacious, well organized, equipped and decorated with a mini bar facility. The bathroom was very clean, spacious with many accessories. Full day and sufficient hot water supply. The bed was big, very comfort. Good and free wifi reception. מלון קיאיה דה צ'ארמה (Chiaja Hotel de Charme) האלגנטי שוכן באחד מרחובות הקניות האלגנטיים ביותר של נאפולי – ויה קיאיה (Via Chiaia), במרחק של 20 מ' בלבד מפיאצה דל פלבישיטו (Piazza del Plebiscito). Location is great! Just center of everything! Breakfast is quite good, maybe variety of cheeses can be more but generally it is much better than most of the other places at this level. Personel is quite helpful! And that made me to think to stay in this hotel next time and I strongly recommend my friends to stay in this hotel! They saved our lifes :) by accepting to store our lugguages! Then we could go and stay near places with small bags. Also when we came back to Napoli for our last night; because of the price, we stayed in another place which is only a few meters away from Chiaja Hotel. Next day we had a very early flight and we needed taxi. The place that we stayed, did not help us about that but the reception of Chiaja Hotel called and reserved the taxi for us and they said in case we would have any problem do not hesitate to get in touch with them! Special thanks to all of the personel in the reception desk of Chiaja Hotel!!

We stayed for 3 nights in the 50mq room at Suite apartment, it was the best accommodation for our trip in Napoli, we felt like at hotel: rooms are new, big and clean; mattress and pillow are super comfy like in the grand hotels, building is well cared and the location is strategic, just a few steps from Mergellina metro station and in a nice street with shops, restaurants and seaside! Napoli city is lovely and this accommodation has high standards for a great stay, for sure we will come back here. Thanks!

The ambience and comfort at Palazzo Cappuccini Art Relais was perfect for a good night's rest. From the moment we walked through the front doors to the time we departed, service was professional, friendly, and attentive. Security worked well. Our rooms--we had two--were clean, comfortable, spacious, and full of minimalist characteristics. Think upscale, simple monastery. Amazing artwork tastefully displayed added to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast included many delicious sweets and savory choices along with fresh fruit. With cappuccino or other choice of beverage in the morning, it's a perfect way for the day to start. Great view of Vesuvius from the patio close to our room, #212. Close to the Mergellina train stop, it's location gave us access to where we needed to go in the historic, lively part of the city. (This neighborhood was relatively quiet; thick walls kept us insulated.) I'll be bookmarking this place for future stays in Napoli.

Good location. Short walk to Piazza Amedeo metro station and the seafront. Had a great stay. All necessary amenities available in the room. Room was very clean.
