The staff wete incredible, at check in they gave us a free glass of prosecco at the bar. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a city map and marked the routes to all of yhe popular attractions etc.. so so helpful. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. With coffee machine which we loved. The breakfast was tatsy and the staff so friendly and nice! We had a fabulous time in florence and the hotel coupnt have been better!

Set in a 15th-century building in the San Frediano district of Florence, Casa per Ferie Santo Nome di Gesú offers simple rooms, a few steps from Brancacci Chapel. Beautiful location--quiet, yet within close range of lively Piazza Santo Spirito. Hotel was more luxurious than we needed--so more expensive--BUT it is splendid, and certainly worth the cost. Staff are polite, friendly and very well organized.

Marco was a wonderful host. Met us at arrival, sent us detailed notes about the neighbourhood and places to eat around. He even arranged for a taxi for our departure. The room was large and light, the bathroom was a decent size. We even had face cleaning pads and creams! The neighbourhood is lovely, the facility is close to the riverside, we walked everywhere, tons of great small food spots. Loved every minute of our stay.
