Very friendly staff, which was very helpful and welcoming and made the stay so enjoyable. The rooms and the whole hotel were designed with great care for details and were fantastic!

Well situated in the centre of Florence, Palazzo Bianca Cappello Residenza d'Epoca is within 300 metres of Pitti Palace and 600 metres of Strozzi Palace. Great location. Nice to be south of the Arno and out of the hustle and bustle of Florence, but still within walking distance of everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Set directly along the banks of the Arno river, Hotel Lungarno is less than 100 metres from Florence's Ponte Vecchio. The location was excellent. The room was so luxurious & comfortable. The staff were all so friendly & efficient. The best part was the view from our room!

Set on the banks of the River Arno, La Scaletta is a 15th-century building located between Florence's Ponte Vecchio bridge and Palazzo Pitti. The Position of the hotel was perfect, will definitely book here again.Hopefully it will be cleaner.

Palazzo Guadagni Hotel is set in a 16th-century building in a quiet square 5 minutes' walk from the Ponte Vecchio. It has a roof garden with lovely views. We had a lovely time, the room was bigger than I had anticipated and the bed very comfortable. We had an amazing view on the duomo from the room and the bathroom was very comfortable. Now it is an old palace so when you arrive you can get a lift up the reception, but then you will have to walk up the stairs to go to your room. That didn't bother us as the place is very charming and we didn't expect it any other way. Beware: the terrace for breakfast or drinks will take your breath away. I was literally wishing for rain so that we would have to stay on the terrace longer and do nothing else :) Breakfast itself was not mind-blowing but to good standards and I did not feel like there was anything missing.

Everything was perfect, it is easy to to find the place and get access to it. Apartment owner, Gregorio, is always online and ready to help. Location is very good and convinient - not far from downtown, but not too close with crowds of tourists.
