Very assistive staff, cozy atmosphere, nice breakfast, and relatively close to the city center. The rooms are very clean (including the bathtub). Capsule coffee machine in our room! Very good value for money.

Staff were so kind, they gave us tips about our travel. You will be welcomed with a smile everytime. We spent a Nice time there. It was also a clean place and breakfast was good.

Rena rum och strålande service av personalen. Bra frukost och prisvärt SPA. Området omkring var lugnt och man kan enkelt promenera in till sevärdheter. Vi hade bil och det var smidigt att reservera parkering för hela vistelsen. Vi hade två rum eftersom vi var ett lite större sällskap och ett av rummen hade balkong vilket var suveränt för att njuta av det fina vädret.

A highly recommended place to stay in Florence. Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Located at only 50 meters from the beginning of the Unesco historical center and at the 3rd floor of an early 19th-century building, with a cargo-lift suitable only for luggages. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. They even showed us on map many places to visit and gave us great recommendations for coffee place and restaurants. They also stored our bags the last day of our stay, which was a great help. Room was very clean and quite big, with new furniture with plenty of space to put stuff (even space for shoes and bigger luggage). All toiletries were provided and bathroom was spotless.
