Personal welcome us very friendly. Hotel provide us velo and it was amazing to visit Florence . They also prepared little surprise to celebrate our occasion and small travel kit for the road after . Hotel Grifone Firenze - Urban Pool & Spa offers rooms in a quiet, residential area of Florence with excellent transport links. The hotel offers free WiFi and 24 hour front desk. When booking the room, I made a mistake and booked it for 2 adults (we also had our two boys with us). The reception quickly corrected my mistake and found us an accommodating room. And the breakfast here had the best breakfast options I've ever seen. Scrambled and boiled eggs, so many different coldcuts options, pastries, salad, breads, drinks, fruits, etc - nothing was missing. Lastly, the hotel has a spa downstairs, that you have to book ahead of time, and you get 90min just for you. There is a lava room, sauna, steam room, quiet room, and pool.

Set in Florence, 2.4 km from Piazza della Signoria and 2.6 km from Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Fiorino House offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. A highly recommended place to stay in Florence. Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Located at only 50 meters from the beginning of the Unesco historical center and at the 3rd floor of an early 19th-century building, with a cargo-lift suitable only for luggages.
