First of all I would like to thank you the receptionist girl. She is amazing. She always smiles, helps and talks to us like we are her friends. In the morning there is coffee service and some snacks. We loved the croissant with pistachio cream. The location was great, the hotel is near to the cathedral complex area. You can walk everywhere. Room was very clean. If I come to Florence again I will definitely stay there for sure. Thank you for everything.

An incredible location in view of the Duomo Piazza and near the Piazza Vecchio. The staff was both friendly and very helpful with ideas for restaurants. My wife and I have now returned to this hotel for second visit, bringing more friends with us because of the incredible location and staff.
