Hotel Local 101 is gerenoveerd in het voorjaar van 2023 en is een onafhankelijk hotel, rustig verscholen in het hart van het centrum van Reykjavik, in een charmante straat met klassieke IJslandse... The location is really central, easy to get to restaurants, harbour, main atractions. The staff was very friendly, we arrived in the middle of the night and they were there to host us!

Stayed with my wife and my niece for 2 nights. Very new, nice, modern, clean, spacious, … apartment. The heating system is very sophisticated (I felt the heat is from the floor) which makes it very comfortable in a cool winter day. We joined a northern light tour and so great that the apartment is just a few steps from the pickup/drop off point-Bus Stop#15. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk.

The location was excellent and the apartment was well appointed in the kitchen as well as being extremely close to restaurants etc. the availability of a garage in the complex was terrifically convenient. I would definitely recommend these apartments as the harbour view was also amazing.
