Located in the heart of IT hub in Chennai at Sholinganallur, Vivanta Chennai IT Expressway features an outdoor swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly, variety of food for breakfast and also delicious dinner. Huge and comfortably bed - 2 adults and 2 small kids in one bed. The kids loved swimming pool and sweet surprise for them, which was waiting in the room!

From arriving (a day early!) the front desk couldn’t have done more to accommodate my every need - even down to booking flights when my card failed! I cannot convey my thanks enough to Saravanan and his front desk team - Dupshen, Karthick Ravi (and especially the wonderful Manager who used his card to help me) and the friendly team whose names I do not have - thank you all for being so welcoming. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in comfort, styling, location, quality and service. The rooms are excellent - superb wifi, facilities, comfort, cleanliness and the extra touches this hotel offers. House keeping and laundry services have been exceptional too in catering for my needs as a solo female traveller. I’d especially like to thank A. Nantha Kumar and his colleagues for always having a smile and a welcome and keeping my room and supplies fully stocked - always taking time to ask if there is anything I needed. This quality of service exceeds anywhere else I’ve stayed (including London and America!) Thank you Sir for your great service. I have eaten many times in the restaurant and in my room and the continual quality and taste of food has been the best I’ve been blessed to have ever eaten. I had the pleasure of meeting Head Chef and would like to pass on my thanks for making every meal a delight! Your food has been delicious! Thanks to you and all the hard working kitchen staff we do not get to see. The Managers in the Restaurant are super attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the waiting staff have been excellent. Thank you Rajesh for all your recommendations - I have tried so many new foods and thoroughly enjoyed every single meal suggested in this hotel. I have felt welcomed by all the security and gate staff who always have a warm greeting - thank you to all of you for making me feel safe and welcome.

Novotel Chennai OMR - An Accor Brand er et 5-stjernet hotel, som ligger i Chennai, fordelt over 1,2 hektar grøn bevoksning. Hotel very comfortable and the service excellent. Staff is really second to none from reception to room cleaning to restaurant. The Chef Sounthar is exceptionally helpful. I do not eat spicy food and chillies and he did all possible to make me happy. He is incredibly helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Very good and large variety for all tastes.
