There is Warung bu Widi close by that serve delicious Indonesian foods if you need lunch and dinner. Definitely we will coming back there when we visit Banyuwangi.

They also claimed I lied when I made a complaint to booking.com. Even though I have the receipt. Not only that, after I left, they had the cheek to say I never showed up. I have the receipt!!! What don’t they understand about that. Also, the pool in the photos is not there. These were very dishonest people. They are a bad example of homestays in Indonesia. You can see in the photos, their clear lies and dishonesty.

Located within 31 km of Watu Dodol in Banyuwangi, Mi Casa - The gem of Ijen features accommodation with seating area. A beautiful place run by beautiful people in the midst of lush greenery and a stream flowing through the properly. The food was custom cooked and delicious. The sunrise trek to Ijen was the highlight. Ericka and Mark helped with pickup from the port a well as organising the trek for us. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Ericka and Mark.

We had many great conversations and he taught us so much about his village! He helped us arrange a tour to Mt. Ijen as well. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
