I was happy to stay in this hotel. It is small but cozy. All thoughtful and comfortable. The rooms are clean, with good furniture, comfy bed, there is a mini kitchen. In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel, quality towels and even a bathrobe. Very friendly staff. Excellent location: this is the center of the city, but not a noisy street.

Situated in the heart of Tbilisi, the hotel allowed easy access to attractions and amenities. Despite its prime location, the rates were surprisingly affordable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, while the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend 3 Rooms Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi on a budget.
