Superb service, all staff went over and above to be helpful and kind. The salary should be fair, I have an impression that they enjoy their work very much. The service of the hotel is the best one I've experienced so far. They do their best to meet our needs. My room is only 15 square meters, however the cell is very high therefore I do not feel it is small. I love its stylish Victorian style decor and over all were clean. Morning breakfast are two options, British full breakfast also continental breakfast. I've tried both and love them. Location is perfect in the Bloomsbury area. Great access to underground as well as bus stations, shopping, China town, the British Museum, theathers and National Gallery I can reach them all by walking. The street of the hotel is very clean and peaceful. There are live jazz in the hotel bars, but I have not tried. would love to try next time. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Thank you very much for a wonderful 6 night stay!

Start a conversation and you'll quickly realize it's love for these things that makes the place what it is. And a lot of determination of course. If I lived in London this would be a regular spot for me. Checks all the boxes.

Postelja je zelo udobna, kvalitetna posteljnina. Osebje je na splošno zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo. Zajtrk je odličen. Lokacija hotela je super.

Ridiculously good value. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Kentish town and Camden lock. Also there's a bus stop right across the road with many connections or the underground is a 15 minute walk (Piccadilly line). Although no breakfast is included, there is a mini-fridge and a kettle in the room. The room was actually quite spacious and the bed definitely comfortable for 2 people. For some reason I thought this place wouldn't have any staff, however there was always someone at the reception.

Very comfortable with good attention to detail in the rooms. Excellent breakfast, lovely bar area. Will definitely be back.

The location was excellent 3-4 min to Farringdon station. The room was clean and equipped with kettle and hairdryer. There was tea, coffee and water available. The bathroom was clean and spacious.
