One of the best city hotels I've ever been! Very kind and friendly staff, very cool and innovative concept (fair-trade + local products/towels etc., feeling-home concept with coffee/tea station, drinks, aperitif and fruits included). Located in the heart of Nantes. Very nice room architecture. Would come back again for sure!

Located in Nantes city centre, Best Western Hotel Graslin is just a 2-minute walk from the Graslin Theatre. It offers soundproofed rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi access. The staff here are absolutely charming - professional, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet and have a fun Jules Verne theme. The breakfast is generous and refilled constantly. We were there during Pour L'Amour du Fil and spent a few hours downtime in the hotel's bright lounge area where we sat and stitched and the receptionist brought us in coffee (offered - did not even have to be asked for - that is how great the team is). We've already booked for next year for the week.

Great breakfast with local products. Very clean and comfortable room. Modern and well lit bathroom. Great service. Great location.

Central location within walking distance . Very helpful staff who went out of their way to give advice on places of interest and book any reservations required.
