This place is a gem!! It is located on the centric of Valencia, so it is easy to access all the places of major interest. It has a lot of restaurants and shops near so you don't have to walk a lot to go shopping or to eat. We arrived earlier so we go to drop our bags and see if there was a room available, which was not, but the receptionist was so kind and was able to put us on a upgraded room, which was super nice. She and other guy on the reception also recommended some places to visit and to eat. The rooms are spacious enough if you don't plan to be in the room all day. The room was super clean and it's beautiful. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Valencia.

Location was fantastic.. Right in the centre but just off the hustle and bustle so rooms were quiet... Bar/restaurant was buzzy and busy with a lovely atmosphere.. Staff where very pleasant especially on reception excellent communication skills and always willing to help/advise.. Rooms where spotless and very well maintained. Just on a personal note I was delighted with the travel size hair irons supplied ☺️.. Highly recommend

When we arrived at the hotel, we received a warm welcome from the reception team who were very knowledgeable about places to visit in Valencia. They also gave us a welcome drink, Aguia de Valencia cocktail which was born in their hotel bar, Cafe Madrid. The location is fantastic, really in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and there's a Carre four supermarket opposite for any daily essentials. When booking this hotel, I was sold on the rooftop bar, which was even more stunning in person and you could have breakfast in the restaurant up there, which was delicious. We booked a small double room which was immaculate and the cleaner came daily. We did not feel we were in a small room at all and the bathroom had lovely marbled tiles with a power shower. If we ever return to Valencia, we will definitely be staying here again!

The property was great. Perfect location, sound proof rooms, wonderful breakfast and amazing staff. Wouldn’t change a thing, other than wishing we had stayed longer! The unique Caro Hotel is housed in a 19th-century palace in central Valencia, just 200 metres from Valencia Cathedral. This hotel would rate as one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. From the extremely warm welcome upon our arrival, from the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, to the pillow menu in the very tastefully decorated room. Every convenience was catered for. The location is quiet, yet only a short walk to all the action. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Also, the breakfast was superb.
