The hotel was affordable and overall good value. Mr.Fetouh at reception was very helpful and friendly he gave us a lot of advice about the local area and the places we could visit. But what made the place better was the amazing customer service we received and the friendly environment created. We moved room mid stay to a nicer room and the staff all made the transition very easy and effortless. Thanks golden lake team for a wonderful visit.
