Set in the Neuenheim district of Heidelberg, Rafaela Hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Heidelberg's Old Town district with the theatre and university. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff and the welcome were exceptional, the hotel and the rooms are very beautiful and brand new, the view from the room overlooking the stunning market square is unique, the cleanliness exceptional. The area in which it is located is beautiful, and the position is ideal for reaching the center of Heidelberg and the most interesting attractions. Truly a fantastic hotel that I will recommend to friends without hesitation and that I will visit again as soon as possible. Thank you for your hospitality and welcoming that made our stay special.

These suites and apartments provide a beautiful place to stay in Heidelberg. They are located on the River Neckar, next to the Old Bridge and a short walk from all attractions. The most amazing location on the river across from the castle and old town. The view was awe inspiring. Upon checkin the staff were so accomodating and helpful and not only sat with us to make us feel welcome they went out of their way making reservations and finding us places to eat and visit. The suite we had was luxuriuously appointed and very comfortable. The included no-cost mini-bar was stocked full of local and typical snacks and drinks for us every day.
