Set near the River Rhine in Düsseldorf’s trendy MediaHafen district, this 4-star superior design hotel features a striking façade and offers stylish rooms with panoramic windows. Room is as always high quality and the breakfast is good. Location is near the river and convenient to travel with tram. Wonderful places to visit not only for travel but also for busniess. The parking is great also but not easy to find the entrance.

Excellent for the price point Rooms were good but the exceptional service is what made this hotel hands down the best we stayed at in Germany. From the owner running out to greet us and help us park on arrival, to spending time chatting with us and recommending areas to visit (which unfortunately wasn't very common in other establishments), to the unbelievable cleanliness we became accustomed to returning to on our stay there. Going the extra mile wherever they could with the little details like folding up the end of the toilet roll in little triangles and sorting out the messy situation in the bathroom we left behind did not go unnoticed. Being understanding about us being late for breakfast and seeing us off at the end of our stay. Surpassed our expectations and we thank you for the hospitality Your friends in Australia

This is a great accommodation in an ideal location in Dusseldorf. Easily accessible by public transport. The host, Hirja, was really nice and checking in and out of the property was easy, she even managed to accommodate a request for earlier check in which meant we didn't have to stand around in the cold. The property is nicely furnished and had everything you need for short stay in the city.

Location is ideal for a quiet holiday with the family. Very near (walking distance to many attractions and the Altstadt. Still has good connection to every place in the city with very near public transportation exits. Room is big, cozy and fully equipped, though I would have liked to have a microwave too. Whoever mentioned Spotless in a previous comment was not at all exaggerating. Staff are very friendly. Brought us extra pillows when we asked for.
