The family run business made me feel like family,. They went way out of their way to take care of me (do you have an HDMI cable I can borrow? yes! I must leave before breakfast... No problem, we'll pack a breakfast the night before! etc, etc). The room was perfect. Restaurant was great. Very close to the Metro to easily get downtown.

The position of the hotel was simply excellent on one side of the hotel there was the tram stop and on the other side the metro, so you can easily explore both sides of Prague in a heartbeat! No matter the time you would report an issue that you confront, she is always there to help and take an immediate action to tackle it. She is priceless and so valuable asset to the Staff of hotel Carol.
