A perfect experience, in every aspect. We came as a family of 5, and took the bungalow. On arrival, the staff welcomed us at the parking lot and helped us. Gave us the perfect feeling of our stay. The place is absolutely gorgeous - in the woods, with a beautiful view and lots of wildlife around. We actually saw more animals there than in the parks. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a family of coaties. Then saw some more mammals, lots of birds and others. The room was big (2 floors) and with a large balcony with a wonderful view, and the bathroom downstairs is with a window to the forest - a great experience. It felt like they thought of all the small details: nets on the windows and doors, a/c, fans and heating, umbrellas to take, great local coffee. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, in a large space with a beautiful view as well. Can't explain, again, how wonderful the staff was!

Hotel Claro de Luna is set in Monteverde, Costa Rica, 3.6 km from Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve. THE LOCATION! The fact that was in a literal garden! It felt like I was in a fairy tale and the ability to just be in nature for the entirety of our trip! We loved Erica and her beautiful smile in the morning! It was a dream to stay here!

The staff is super helpful and friendly (particularly Diego at the front desk). Location, room, breakfast etc. were all beyond expectations.

Offering a picturesque setting, Hotel & Spa Poco a Poco is located is located in Monteverde, Costa Rica. It features a spa, a covered heated pool and charming rooms with garden views. the pool area was covered which was nice as it does rain a lot. staff was helpful. rooms were regular rooms but they were clean. breakfast was good - lots of selection and was very tasty. it seems to be less of a family place. we stayed with kids who were playing and jumping in the pool. there were other guests there that were clearly there to relax and not be bothered by kids

Situated Monteverde Costa Rica, , 3.1 km from Sky Adventures Monteverde, Hotel El Atardecer has rooms with free WiFi access. The room was quite small, but we had a huge terrace with roof that made up for the missing space inside. Beds are absolutely comfortable and everything was very clean. The view from our terrace and the privacy were rewarding. Slightly outside the centre, but everything is very close and easy to reach. A supermarket is close by.

Located in Monteverde, Costa Rica, in a building dating from 1990, 2.7 km from Sky Adventures Monteverde, Pension Santa Elena features guestrooms with free WiFi. Everything. The whole hotel space/garden is just beautiful, a very relaxed and green atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, rustic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and staff is very friendly. Right in the center as well so location is perfect, but not noisy at night as Monteverde is very quiet anyway. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

Bonanza is a family run hotel. They are warm and welcoming, happy to help book any tours, offer to provide taxi and laundry service, assist use in their kitchen, and even offer to share food. They know all the best places in town for dining, shopping, and tours. It is in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to the town center of santa elena. The room was clean and comfortable, and wifi, plenty of blankets, a towel, seating area, and fridge are provided. The location is surrounded by nature and I was able to spot various birds and even an armadillo on the property. Also their two dogs are the sweetest! I had such a great time i decided to extend my stay an extra night. I highly recommend Bonanza!

Squeaky clean throughout the apartment. Location 5 minutes walk from centre and close to the restaurants. Balcony was excellent for bird watching. Apartement was more than well equipped even had fresh coffee, biscuits, eggs, butter and jam in the fridge. First aid kit in the bathroom was perfect for my hiking blisters...

The apartment was spotless. Beds really comfortable. Our hosts friendly and helpful. Rosie even gave us supplies for breakfast the next morning. The balcony looks over the forest. Close to shops and restaurants and the bus to the cloud forest goes right past the door. Cant recommend enough.
