When you go in, you forget about the chaos of the street. The staff is amazing, everyone made sure we had the best stay in Cartagena. Breakfast was good and big.

First, I loved the place and the architecture. The staff is fantastic; they talked with me and recommended good restaurants and places to visit in the city. The room was great and clean; most furniture and lights worked with Alexa. They have a rooftop with a beautiful view, and the breakfasts were super delicious. They have 24/7 employees there in case you need any help. I would pick this hotel again for my future travels.

We stayed in the hotel for two days and really enjoyed everything about Casona del Porvenir. We loved nicely furnished rooms, very nice personnel, tasty cocktails and location.

The hotel is amazing and we fell in love with it as soon as we arrived and the huge door opened. All the staff are beyond great, everyone stands out well. They are very helpful and attentive. They will try their hardest to accommodate every request. I also was very interested in the history of the hotel. This is a place that feels like home and is in the centre of the old town. The pool is heavenly.

Oh my goodness! I can't express how amazing my two days stay in this place. It was my first time traveling to Colombia. Hands down to the employee especially Carlos, they helped and provided exceptional service. The room is beautiful and relaxing. The food was great. Just everything is above and beyond. I will be back in this place.

Located in the heart of Cartagena’s walled city, this modern hotel is a 16th century remodelled building and features a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and shared lounge. Amazing rooftop pool which was never too busy as there were lots of places to relax. There were a couple of small issues during the stay but the staff were fantastic and very professional who resolved anything as long as you just informed them.

This hotel passed out expectation, especially the cleanliness, the housekeepers would clean twice a day, the place smelled super fresh. The food was excellent, the view, the pool, the location, the staff service. :)
